This method is only done via Wi-Fi. And Windows only
Go to the main menu and run the Installer or Cydia program

Open the installer, choose System, and then install the OpenSSH program. If you are using Cydia for the installation, search for OpenSSH and then install it.
After that download WinSCP on your computer and then install it on the device. To download the program Press here
From the iPhone's main screen, click on Settings, then Wi-Fi, and access your wireless network.
You will find a blue circle to the right of the grid and inside it is an arrow, click on it.

Record the IP number of your device, in my case the IP number I had was 192.168.1.8.

Now open WinSCP and click on New

At the Host Name, write the IP number that you previously registered, and the username: root
Password differs from device to device, but they are two words that only exist, either dottie or alpine
File Protocol drop-down menu select SCP, after completion press Save, OK, then OK.

After the connection, the program interface will appear like the one in the picture at the bottom, the box on the right contains the iPhone files, and the box on the left contains the computer files. To transfer the files, just drag them from one cell to another.
