The mBox Mail program allows you to fully control your Hotmail e-mail, and the new version 2.0 has added many nice and useful features that have increased the strength of the program
Program Advantages:
1- Synchronization with Hotmail and Windows Live Mail, the ability to receive and send messages, and the ability to change the signature at the end of the message.
2- Download your messages and postal addresses so that you can browse them even when there is no network connection ( Messages must be downloaded first ).
3- The program allows the use of more than one e-mail account.
4- Control over the folders in the account, whether adding a new folder or canceling other folders.
5- Search messages, either by the sender or by the title of the message.
6- The ability to attach pictures and send them with the message.
7- The speed of the program, where you can specify the largest size of the message that is downloaded (messages with the largest size are downloaded only in the title of the message).
8- Using Landscape in all the program, whether writing messages or browsing them.
9- The program contains an internal browser that enables you to see the attached links in messages without going out to the Safari browser.
1Enter e-mail information:
When you open the program for the first time, this screen appears in which email data is entered
Press + and enter the name of the mail holder and enter the User name, and when you press @, a list of types of e-mail appears, whether Hotmail or Msn ... etc. Then the password is entered
2- After successfully entering the data, the Accounts page appears, in which you can add another account or delete the account by pressing (4) Edit.
And by clicking on the counters image on the right (1) below, you can create a password for the program to protect it from being opened by intruders. The password can be canceled by Turn Passcode off.
By clicking on the blue arrow button on the left (2) from the bottom, your e-mail will be updated and new messages will be fetched.
Pressing (i) on the left at the top (3) will access the program information and see the mBox version number, the phone version number, the number of postal addresses registered in the phone (Local contacts) and the number of postal addresses registered in your e-mail account (Live Contacts) And the number of messages in your e-mail.
3- Adjust program settings:
When you click on Settings in the SpringBoard, we find below access to the program's settings, in which:
Show: Determines the maximum number of messages that the program will appear
• Auto download Size Limit: and in which the maximum size of messages downloaded from the server is determined, and whenever the size is small, the messages are downloaded quickly ... If the size of the message is greater than the size specified in the program, only the message title is downloaded and when the message is opened, the choice is made. Either download the message or open it in Safari.
• Ask before deleting: Do you prefer to be alerted before deleting or not.
• Always Bcc Myself: Do you want to send a copy of the message sent to your e-mail?
• Sounds: Do you want to activate the sounds when receiving or sending a message?
• Master reset: and when you click on this feature, all recorded data will be canceled when the program is opened.
• Diagnostic: When activated, a report on program errors is sent to the programmers' team ... and this feature will be closed when the program is closed.
4Open your e-mail:
When entering the accounts and clicking on your account, it is entered and the e-mail folders such as Inbox, Junk, Sent, and Draft appear.
As we can see below the picture of the book (1), and by clicking on it, you will enter the index of the mailing addresses registered with you, either on the phone or in your e-mail.
As for the yellow triangle sign (2), it means that the Internet connection is cut off ...
And we find at the bottom on the right the creation of a new message and we see the possibility of adding an image to the message by pressing the camera button and by clicking on the Cancel button, the choice appears Do you want to save the message in the Draft to send it later, or you do not want to save it and delete it.
And when entering any folder, we find creating a new message (3) in the middle, the magnifying glass button (4), to search this folder, either with the sender or the message title, and on the left is the update button (5) and fetch new messages.
5- Handling the message:
When you open the message, there are a number of options below to deal with it
• Create a new message (1).
• Reply to the message Reply or Forward by pressing (2).
• Cancel the message (3).
• Moving the message to another folder (4).
.
• The program contains an internal browser. When you click on a link in the message, this page opens in the program without exiting it. The page can be opened in the Safari browser by clicking on the icon at the bottom (1) and by clicking on the red arrow (2), the bar below can be hidden and can be shown one more time.
6How to deal with folders:
By entering the account from the Accounts screen, and when you click on Edit, you can choose a message or a number of messages by simply clicking on it, and you can click on Select all (1) to choose all the messages in the folder where you can do the following:
• By pressing (2), you can make the message unread if it has been read, or make it read if it has not been read.
• By pressing (3), you can move the message to another folder.
• By clicking on (4), you can transfer the message to Junk Mail.
• By pressing (5), you can cancel the message.
