After searching and looking at the program store and searching between image programs .. I found that most or perhaps all of them allow the creation of folders, but they are all when opening the program asks you for the secret code that you will place for the program to protect the folders. The purpose of these programs is protection only, not organization. Through my repeated searches and by chance, I found one of the programs that I do not say about wonderful .. but more than wonderful .. and it may become your main program in browsing pictures, dividing them into folders, naming them, and placing a secret code for each folder separately.

How to create folders
- On the main page, click on edit, and you will be directed to the settings page
- Select edit and it will allow you to add a new folder
- Add a new folder by adding new album
- Select the folder you just added, and it will allow you to name the folder .. It gives you the option to add a secret code to the folder
- Now go back to the main program interface and you will see the folder
- Choose a camera roll and you will find all of your camera roll photos saved on your device
- Click on the desired image ... Click on it for two seconds ... and you will find that the image has been marked with a sign
- Now, click on the image that you want to transfer to a folder .. One click is enough to select the images
- Choose copy to
- Through the arrow at the top of the page, you will return to the folders page
- Choose the folder you want to transfer the pictures to

Now the process of moving pictures and dividing folders has finished .. You can create more than one folder and add a special secret code for each folder or leave it without a secret code
