Have you ever been planning a trip with your friends and scheduling conflicts that made some of them apologize for participating in it? Or modified an appointment on any of your plans and forgot to tell others which caused problems? Or are you a manager in a company and you need to set your appointments freely without returning every time to the assistants to find out if this time is available, or do you have links to it? If you are any of these people, you need to share your calendar and to do so, do the following steps:
1 Go to the Calendar website on the cloud via this link.
2 You will find the lists currently registered in your account as in the following picture, so choose the calendar that you want to share with others and click on the small logo on the right of the calendar as in the following picture:

3 You will see two options, Private and Public.

- If you want your calendar to remain private, but you only want specific people to share with it, write their email (they must be registered in Apple's cloud) and then click on Share.
- If you want to make this calendar public and anyone who has it can see its link, choose Public Calendar and click Share, and a link will appear to you for the calendar as in the following picture, so send a message to whomever you want:

4 You can also send it to your friends directly by clicking on Email Link, where a dialog box will appear for you as it appears in the next picture, so write the e-mail of whom you want to share the calendar with and also any explanation you want to appear to them such as “This is a plan for the summer trip” or “List My work ”and others.

5 Your friends will receive a message in their email like this:

6 The previous figure will appear only to those you send the calendar to, and if they click on Subscribe, they will be able to modify it, whether from iCal from Mac computers, Microsoft Outlook, or any application to organize appointments that supports Apple's iCalender. And in the event that they add or delete any appointment, this change will appear within a few seconds in all devices linked to the same list.
Important notes
- In the event that your lists do not appear in the cloud site (step # 1) then click on the icon on the far left as in the following image:

- Be careful when you share the calendar with your friends because they will be able to modify it, either adding or deleting it without referring to you, so if someone deletes all the data (the shared calendar only), this process will be done without your consent.
- You can share calendars with different people, for example you create a list and share it with coworkers, another list with family, and a third with friends, and all of them will only be able to see the calendar that you share with him.
