Your account in Apple is your keys to access nearly a million applications and you can keep applications for life, so you can download applications on any device by simply logging in, and Apple is proud to have the largest number of credit card accounts in the world. In order to protect accounts, Apple added a two-step system of insurance, as well as the secret questions that we explained earlier. But after a period of inactivity, these questions and their answers are forgotten, and here is the need for rescue mail.

When we create a new account for the first time, Apple asks us to add 3 secret questions to be able to make sure that you are the owner of the account in the future if anything happens. And because the company knows that you may forget these questions, it suggests that you add a Rescue Mail to send you a reformatting-change-secret questions message to this mail.

If you did not add an email to your account, do this immediately before you forget your secret questions. You can add / change the mail by the following steps:

1

Go to the Apple Accounts website via this link And log in.

2

From the left choose Secret Questions.

3

Answer your secret questions to be able to access your page. If you do not know the answers to the secret questions, go to the notes at the end of the article.

4

You will find the option to add or change the mail that will be used to save the secret questions at the bottom of the screen and you can add or change it as you like.

5

After adding a new mail, Apple will send you an email to activate it, so click on the link that you received on your mail.

Important Notes:

  • If your account does not contain rescue mail, you will not see the option to send the reformat -change- secret questions message, as this appears only to those who have registered mail.

  • If you do not remember the secret questions and also you do not have rescue mail registered in your account, meaning the link to reformat the questions - indicated in the previous picture - does not appear, the only solution is to write to Apple, and this can be done in two ways:
    1. ITunes technical support site via this link.
    2. Call Apple if available in your country, and you can see the countries and numbers in this linkAnd if your country does not exist, you can contact England's technical support - preferably in Arab countries -
