[2] Geniuses who made Apple: Craig Fedrigi

We all know the important personalities that were and still are behind the founding of Apple, such as Steve Jobs, Tim Cook and Johnny Eve, but the media did not care about some of the personalities that influenced the company. So we started this series in order to shed light on these characters. We previously talked about the founder of Apple with partner Steve Wozniak -this linkIn today's article, we are talking about a character we see at every Apple conference, Craig Federighi.

[2] Geniuses who made Apple: Craig Fedrigi

practical life

Craig Fedrigi is Apple's vice president of Software Engineering. Craig works as a supervisor and developer of the programming department for iOS and the Mac OS X operating system, meaning he is responsible for technically developing all operating systems for Apple devices.

Craig previously worked for NeXT, which was founded by Steve Jobs after he was excluded from Apple, a company that provides software solutions to universities and higher education bodies, and continued his job there until 1996, the year when Jobs returned to Apple, which also acquired NeXT. Then Craig moved to Apple from 1996 until 1999. Then Craig moved to Ariba, a company working in corporate IT, where he worked for ten years, then returned to Apple in 2009 as head of OS X development and continued in his position until the 2012 disaster of maps and its time. The company decided to dismiss (accept resignation) the head of the iOS development department and his former colleague at NeXT and Apple "Scott Forrestal". Here, Tim Cook decided to merge the iOS and Mac departments into one division under the chairmanship of Craig. And in less than a year, we began to see the biggest changes in the history of iOS, starting from the version of iOS 7.0 until now, which has become the main feature is the convergence of the Mac system and iOS and this is normal because they are actually under one management, which is Craig Fedrigi.

Craig Federighi-03

Craig is now responsible for reviewing the new features in the iOS system or the Mac system at all Apple conferences and has supervised the release of iOS 7, iOS 8 and iOS 9 and currently working on iOS 10, which will be revealed at the WWDC conference next year. As well as overseeing Apple's new "Swift" language and converting it to an open source language.

Education and personal life

Craig graduated from Aqualanese High School and due to his interest in technology and its development, he was encouraged to enroll in the University of California at UCLA and obtain a BA in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He then obtained a master's degree in computer science from the University of California as well, which is one of the oldest American universities, as it was established in 1868 and has an endowment of $ 3.91 billion to administer and there are 72 Nobel Prizes won by university graduates.

Craig, born in 1970, is 45 years old, and has been married for a year and has a daughter.

What do you think of the convergence of iOS and Mac currently in Craig? What character do you want in the next installment of the geniuses who made Apple?

If you allow me, I have a big battery problem that decreases in an imaginary way, meaning, for example, the ratio is XNUMX, so it comes to XNUMX, knowing that my iPhone XNUMX Plus is on.
iOS 9.02
Even in the case of a problem with the front and rear cameras not working, I went to a China store and the device was transparent and said that the problem was not difficult.
I want to tell me, frankly, I don’t know anything but

Please correct
Craig Federighi is the VP of Software Engineering (i.e. Tech Cook's VP of Software Engineering) not Craig Federighi who is the VP of Software Engineering.
Craig Fedrigi is the head of the Software Engineering department

So far, Apple has not performed like iOS 7 or the worse iOS 9
I don't see it as stable, especially if you have more than one iOS device. If it weren't for Google Photos, I would have lost data since 2009 because of iTunes' decision that you must enter a password to recover the backup, and I didn't put a password. I was proud to transfer my data from iPhone to iPhone. With iOS 9, it has changed. Android has become more secure in saving files. Since 2011, I haven't used iTunes, but now I use it 3 times a month and I'm no longer an iTunes expert.

Strange discoveries
I discovered that iOS uses data from other devices from the same system until it came to a similarity in sound and picture, for example, the sound of a new iPhone was similar to the sound of the iPad, and I thought it was chimed with a laptop and restor for the iPhone, the sound came back beautiful and so much so that the image of the front camera of the iPad became similar The color of the iPhone image, and when doing an iPad Restore on another computer, the iPad camera returned to its image, but even the iPad was the video color better when I was connecting two devices at the same time and I noticed that I was ready to prove that. I expect that my laptop is the one that caused this problem

Dear your discovery, sorry very old
It is better to read more about the topic of the back-up for iPhone
What happened to you was that you made a backup for the iPad and put it on the iPhone
Thus transferring everything to your iPad even the background sounds and settings
    And all the other information
It is an old method and has been improved over XNUMX years and more to reach the excel
    What it is now

But the idea that you may change the hardware of the device as soon as it is formatted or shown is impossible
Or connect two devices at the same time on one computer
