Although the Apple Watch was released nearly a year ago, we did not pay enough attention to it in the explanations and news. But we started receiving a lot of questions about it, so we decided to provide a user guide in which we will review how to deal with the Apple Watch in detail and solve the most prominent problems.

It is worth noting that the Apple Watch is characterized by tracking your daily activity through the Activity application in order to improve your daily health, and the Activity Ring is simply divided into three rings, namely:

The red circle:

The active calories ring to track the calories burned as a result of daily movement, and the watch gives us a weekly report to stimulate us to increase activity, burn more calories and balance the calories we derive from food with what our body needs daily.

The green circle:

The exercise ring shows the number of minutes elapsed while doing exercises, there is also a separate application for exercises to help us achieve daily results, but some believe that daily movement is an exercise, not so, the human body does not enter the stage of burning calories and fat or what we call real exercise Until it reaches a certain number of heartbeats per minute depending on the age of the person who exercises and this is called the target heartbeat, and here comes one of the benefits of monitoring the heartbeat in the Apple Watch.

The Blue Circle:

The standing ring, which shows the number of hours you spent standing during the day, and the watch reminds you of that so that we do not get caught up in sitting for long periods that affect our health.

How to know the number of target heartbeats required for me personally?

The target heart rate is between two numbers, one is the upper limit and the other is the lower one, and to calculate this:

Example: If you were 20 years old, what would be your target heart rate?

1

We subtract your age from 220, which becomes 220 - 20 = 200

2

Multiply the result by 70% to get the minimum required, and it becomes 0.7 * 200 = 140 pulses

3

Multiply the result by 85% to get the required upper limit, and it becomes 0.85 * 200 = 170 beats

This means that the heartbeat during exercise should be between 140 and 170 beats per minute, and when you maintain your heartbeat at this rate, the body begins to burn calories and fats correctly, and therefore begins to calculate the daily minutes spent during the exercise.
