One of the advantages of YouTube is the "Closed Caption" subtitle, which Google stands for CC, and this feature makes it easy to watch the video in languages that we do not know well. In this article, we will learn how to control font size, color, and many other features.

Many of the valuable videos on YouTube have subtitles, and this is what distinguishes one channel from another, such as TED-Ed, for example, and many channels are interested in having translation in the most important languages of the world for all their videos. Accompanying translation is done by contributors or volunteers like you and me, and through tools provided by YouTube to contributors. The translation of the contributors is then reviewed by the review team from YouTube, which means that there may not always be an Arabic translation available, but if you are fluent in English, you will be able to watch thousands of videos in languages that you do not know a letter about, such as German and Portuguese, for example.
To control translation, go to Settings, then Accessibility, then go to “Subtitle & Captioning.”

If you activate the first option, it will automatically display the translation, which is important and useful for the deaf and hard of hearing.
The second option, Style, when clicked, will show us different sizes and types of pre-designed patterns. Click on Create a new style, from here you can use multiple fonts and control their colors, background color, transparency ratio and many other settings.

Important Notes:

4
To run the subtitles, or to learn if the video is available for translations, turn it on and then from the top right click on the three dots and the translation sign will appear for you as in the following picture:
