Cheatsheet is designed to be used to jot down little bits of information that you don't want jot down in your basic note app. And it is more useful in remembering the times of certain dates, such as trains, planes, numbers, and others. After enabling the app's widget, tap the + button to create a new note. Immediately you will start taking notes.

Record your notes with Siri
One of the quickest ways to take notes is to use Siri. You can ask Siri to create a new note, or even a new note with a specific name, or update an existing note.
For example, say, "Hey Siri," or long press the Home button, and for example, say, "Create a note with a travel address and add, don't forget to buy tickets," and Siri will immediately create that note and write down what you said in it.
You can also ask Siri to display a note you recently took, or display a note by its title, or notes you made in the previous week.
Siri Shortcuts
Go to Settings - Siri and Search - All Shortcuts - then the Notes section - Click on See All - Now you can create a Siri shortcut to open any note in the Notes app. Just record any phrase or word you say to Siri and the relevant note will be opened immediately.
And if you want to open a frequently used note such as a shopping list or the like right from the lock screen! The quickest way to do this is to use the Shortcuts app and provide a tool to do so. You can obtain it through the following steps:
◉ Install an application Shortcuts Once it opens, click on the + sign at the top of the screen to create a new shortcut.
◉ Click on the “Search” field, then choose the notes application or any note-taking application such as the applications we mentioned above. I would choose the basic notes app.
◉ Choose the note you want or that you frequent from time to time, or even create a new note. Once you have selected the respective note, click Done.
◉ Once you are done and enable the widget for the Shortcuts app, you can launch that note from the widget in moments.
You can choose from these steps what best suits your needs. And remember, iOS is discoverable over time, as it's packed with features that help with productivity and a better experience.
