The leaks are still continuing with what will be the 2019 Apple phones, and it will certainly intensify the closer we get to the date of Apple's announcement of these devices approximately 5 months from now. And we mentioned some of those leaks in previous articles. But a new leak from a blog makotakara The Japanese sheds more light on what to expect from the shape of the upcoming iPhones. It is expected that Apple will present three phones, but today's leaks tell us about two of them, in particular, the successors to the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, which will receive major upgrades. So what did the new leak mention?

Larger screens

The new leaks confirm that the upcoming iPhone devices will all come with an OLED screen with a slight change in design. The smaller version will be the successor to the current XS with a larger 6.1-inch screen, "the current iPhone XS of 5.8", a size close to the Samsung Galaxy S10. This iPhone will be thicker than the current iPhone XS by 0.15 mm. This slight increase in the thickness of the phone means that the prominence of the new camera will be less.

While the larger version will come with a 6.5-inch screen with the same size as the current XS Max. So the shape will not change much, although the sources say that the thickness of the phone will be slightly larger by 0.4 mm to accommodate the new camera lenses.

The new processor

Tests have found that the current Apple A12 Bionic processor is two or three times faster than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. So it is expected that the upcoming A13 processor will deliver very impressive performance. The leaks did not mention any new details about those treatments.

What about the camera?

The new leak did not mention anything new about the possibility of the three cameras, except that they will be in the same shape that was leaked before, but the prominence will be less. The camera will come with larger sensors, and thus larger lenses. These specifications would greatly improve photography, especially in low light. Apple is looking to catch up or outrun its competitors.

Charging and battery

The report stated, that both phones will come with a USB-C to Lightning cable and an 18-watt USB-C power adapter. Although the current iPhones support 18-watt fast charging, Apple neglected to include a power adapter in the iPhone box, forcing the consumer to purchase it separately. This addresses the problem of slow charging for the current iPhone devices compared to other competing phones. And Apple appears to have fixed this in upcoming phones. Providing the new USB-C cable and power adapter, it saves consumers nearly $ 50 for separate purchase.

As for the battery, Apple is expected to increase its size by up to 20 percent. The leaks also mentioned that the new iPhones will support reverse or bi-directional wireless charging, which means that you will be able to use your phone to charge other devices.

In the end, the matter leaks, although they are from reliable sources, but Apple could change those plans overnight. So we just have to wait.
