While we are waiting iOS 13 with Lots of new features. Apple just released iOS 12.4, which is a new stable update. There aren't many drastic changes but this is the first release to theoretically support Apple's card - although the feature hasn't been enabled yet.
IOS 12.4 also features a new migration tool so you can transfer data wirelessly from one iPhone to another. This feature makes it easy to move or swap the iPhone - especially for those who do not use iCloud or do not make backup copies.
With this update, you can also control Apple Plus news content more precisely. For example, you can scan downloaded journals. Today's update also re-enables the Walkie-Talkie feature on Apple Watches. After Apple temporarily disabled the feature due to a security issue.
Also, there are 36 additional security fixes in iOS 12.4, thus disturbing Apple's security hackers and jailbreak fans.

IOS 12.4 introduces the ability to transfer data from the old iPhone to the new iPhone directly, and improves the security of the iPhone or iPad. This update does the following:

●Include a security solution for the Walkie-Talkie app on the Apple Watch and re-enable the Walkie-Talkie functionality.
●This release also includes support for HomePod in Japan and Taiwan.
To update your device, take the following steps ...

Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update, it will show you that an update is available.
