Annual test results between Siri, Google Assistant, and Alexa

An annual comparison test is held to compare Google Assistant, Siri and Alexa on smartphones, and the results of this year are very important, especially because Apple is supposed to be paying a lot of attention to Siri recently. In the test, Jane Monster of Loup Ventures found that Siri was able to answer correctly with 83% of the questions, outperforming Alexa but trailing behind Google Assistant. Tests also proved that Siri outperformed Google Assistant in other respects, know it.

Monster pitched 800 questions to each digital assistant during the test to compare how each responded and how advanced it was from the previous year. Alexa answered 79.8% of the questions correctly, while the Google Assistant got 92.9% of the questions correctly. As for Siri, it was able to correctly answer 83% of the questions as mentioned.

Compared to last year, Siri has improved a lot. On the July 2018 test, Siri answered 79% of the questions correctly compared to 83% of the questions answered this time. Last year, the Alexa rate was 61% while the Google Assistant rate was 86%, so there were noticeable improvements in all areas.

This test specifically covered smartphones, by comparing iPhones and Android phones. And Siri tested on iPhone running iOS 12.4, Google Assistant on Pixel XL and Alexa in the iOS app.

The questions were based on five categories, and the assistants were asked the same 800 questions. The questions were varied to see how much the personal assistant would be benefited from. Among these questions were:

On the local level, such as: Where is the nearest coffee shop?

◉ commercial Like: Ask me more paper towels.

◉ Navigation Like: How do I get to Uptown on the bus?

Commands Like: Remind me to call a specific person at 2 p.m. today.

Siri performed best in the Orders, Local, and Navigation categories, and did well in the Information and Commerce categories. Siri actually won in the leadership category, but was second only to Google Assistant in other categories.

Siri continues to prove more useful with phone related functions such as calling, texting, email, calendar and music. Siri and Google Assistant both outperformed Alexa in the commands department.

Monster says the continued rate of improvement is still staggering based on the remarkable improvements each smart assistant has shown over the past few years.

In the future, Loup Ventures expects to see more improvements for every smart assistant.

Have you compared more than one smart assistant? Which is better? Let us know in the comments.

Thank you
As for the personal assistant Google, it is better than Siri in bringing information. Siri does not know exactly where I am and the weather does not give me my exact area, while the personal assistant Google knows exactly where I am and gives me the exact weather. This comparison between Siri and the personal assistant Google was compared in foreign countries. Siri is very weak in Arab countries. Siri in Arabic is weak and Siri in English is more realistic and has a beautiful female voice as if you are sitting with her. It is not like the voice of Siri in Arabic, God forbid.
The one who has a Google Assistant tells him, laugh, God willing, on the beautiful, soft voice, and tell Siri, laugh, hear a gorilla and monkeys laugh 🤣 and tell the Google assistant, sing me in the beautiful voice O Sutter, Siri heard me, he was upset at me and started running away from my phone 🤣

In German, I don't have a problem with Siri
But in Arabic, because I don’t like the sound, what you’re using

Use Siri in English only for commands (specific) and requesting information on the Internet and similar matters ...

That is, by God, my brother Nasser, the female voice in Google Assistant is a lot sweet and soft, especially when you talk, laugh or sing, she has a laugh, God willing, an angel's laugh. As for Siri’s voice, like the one when he is chasing him with a stick, the girls ’cover will be jealous of the female Google assistant 🤣
