Many fans of the American company Apple always say that the iPhone is better than Android phones when it comes to protection and strength, and Apple has always said that safety and protection are among its first concerns. But a recent British study came to reveal that the iPhone is the device most interested in penetrating it in the world.

Interest in hacking the iPhone 167 weak Android phones

Study details

The technology experts at Case24.com, which is based in the United Kingdom, collected data about the monthly searches performed on the Google search engine by a large number of English users. The English company analyzed data on user searches, looking for ways to penetrate a brand of smartphones or applications.

Results

The British company found that 10040 users searched for information on a way to penetrate the iPhone devices, while the traditional rival, the Korean giant Samsung, ranked second in searches, but by a small percentage, as there were only 700 searches for how to hack Samsung phones, and this is why the study indicated IPhone users are 167 times more likely to be hacked than Android users.

As for companies such as Sony, LG and Nokia were not the focus of hackers' attention, as there were only 50 searches for how to hack Sony phones, while LG and Nokia did not exceed 100 searches per month.

What about apps

According to the English company, 12310 Britain was interested in knowing how to hack someone's Instagram account, while Snapchat came second and WhatsApp came in third place.

As for the applications that were not of interest to hackers and were less vulnerable to penetration, they are Facebook with 1120 searches, Amazon with 1070 searches, and Netflix with 750 searches, and for this, the study said that the Instagram account is vulnerable to hacking 16 times compared to the Netflix account.

Comment iPhone Islam

The study did not reveal the factors or methodological methods that were used, and it seems that the English company announced its results according to the number of searches for ways to penetrate smartphones only, and of course it can be said that the study is not convincing at all and is illogical. It does not mean that the search is 167 times that my phone is vulnerable to being hacked 167 times more; It might be shown 200 times, 100 times, or 10 times. In order for the search to be 167 times, it means the probability of penetration is 167 times. This assumes that the level of security and protection from vulnerabilities is 100% identical, and this is assuming that the search results from the ground lead to information that really helps in penetration.

In addition to that, the high price of the iPhone makes the chip used for it often more able to buy it, and thus they are the target of any thief or hacker. Whoever wants to blackmail a wealthy person, this wealthy person often has his phone, either an iPhone or a Samsung Note 10 phone, for example, or upper-class phones with Android. Apple devices typically control two-thirds of sales of high-end phones (over $ 700) and a third of phones over $ 400.

Do you think that this study is logical that the research means an increased risk of penetration of the device? Away from studies, which one do you trust in the most security of the iPhone or the Android the least? Share your opinion in the comments
