What is the Shortcuts app?

For those of you who don't know, the Shortcuts app lets you automate specific tasks or task sequences that you can run with a single click or a Siri voice command. You can review our previous article on shortcuts via this link.

a word "Automation“Is a translation of a word Automation It is a new term given to everything that works independently without human intervention, or it is the use of computers, machines and automatic devices in order to reduce the volume of work that people do more quickly.

Through shortcuts, for example, you can create a shortcut to silence your phone for 30 minutes or any time you specify, and all you have to say is "Hey Siri, do not disturb temporarily" or whatever formula you prefer. Or, you may want to set a shortcut so that when your phone reaches a certain battery level, Siri will automatically lower the screen brightness, for example, and stop location services to save battery. And through shortcuts, you can also, for example, tap the phone from the back twice to carry out specific tasks, or a shortcut that performs certain tasks when you reach another location, and much more.

Shortcuts engineer Daniel Hsu said about new features, in the past, you had to go to the Shortcuts app to complete a task, but on iOS 14, shortcuts would run smoothly in the background and only prompt you if you needed to enter any information, for example if you had a shortcut to arithmetic tips. For example, it will ask you to enter the invoice.
