After opening the Shortcuts application, go to the Automation tab. This application is for automation tasks, meaning that you place orders and these commands run automatically when a certain command occurs.

Then we click on Create Personal Automation, and this is for personal commands far from home sensors and devices.

On this screen you choose when orders should be executed, and in this example we will choose a time of day

You can choose a specific time when the background changes, but I will choose the time of sunset

Then click Next at the top of the screen

Now let's start placing the commands that will change the wallpaper, and the first command will be that we come with the image, press the Add Action button to add a command

Then we look for the Find Photos command to fetch photos from your photo album and click on it

The command will be added, and we must change some things. First, you must determine where the image will come from. I made an album called Wallpaper and put in it the background images that I would like to use. You can choose any other album, or choose from all the pictures you have.

Then you must make the order Random or random so that the image is not repeated every day, and then open the Limit option and select 1 Item until it comes to you with only one image.

Now press the (+) button to add a new command, which will set the images as wallpaper, and the command is Ser Wallpaper, then click on it

We will change some things in this matter also, we click on LockScreen and choose whether we want the set to be for the lock screen only or also for the home screen, and it is very important to cancel the Show Preview option because we want to set the wallpaper directly.

Immediately after that, click Next at the top of the screen

Now that we are done, just disable the Ask Before Running option so that it works directly without asking you, then hit the Done button.
