They are often nature sounds such as the sounds of the ocean or the sound of a running water stream, and usually we had to either listen to these sounds on YouTube or download special applications, but with iOS 15 Apple supported similar sounds in the system directly for you to access them easily and quickly, and this is the way .

You have to go to Settings -> Control Center -> and from there go down to the list of buttons not added. Click on the (+) sign next to the (hearing) button to add it to the control center.

Pull down the control center, and you will find the icon in the form of an ear.

The situation will be closed. Put your earphone and turn it on by pressing the button at the bottom (1), you can also press the background sounds button (2) to choose the sound. Sounds such as the sound of a stream, the sounds of the ocean, rain, and more (as pictured below) are available.
