This release also fixes the following issues:

  • The Photos app may incorrectly report that the storage space is full when importing photos and videos
  • The weather app may not display the current temperature for My Location, and incorrectly display the colors of animated wallpapers
  • Audio playing from an app may be paused when the screen is locked
  • Wallet may quit unexpectedly when using VoiceOver with multiple cards
  • Available Wi-Fi networks may not be detected
  • Battery algorithms on iPhone 12 models have been updated to better estimate battery capacity over time

Before updating, be sure to take a backup copy of the contents of your device, whether on the iCloud or the iTunes application

To update your device, take the following steps ...

Go to Settings -> General -> Software Update, it will show you that an update is available.

To download the update, you must connect to Wi-Fi and preferably connect your device to the charger, then press the “Download and Install” button.
