Apple introduced an update from iOS 15.2 A new feature known as the App Privacy Report, a feature that was first shown at Apple's last developer conference, the App Privacy Report is designed to provide users with information about how often apps access sensitive information provided to them through privacy permissions, such as location, contacts, camera and microphone and photos, and Apple also displays network activity, letting you see which areas apps are connecting to in the background.
At first we needed special applications, because the Apple report was a file with data and there is no interface to read this data, but with the 15.2 update, the matter changed and Apple made these applications useless now, because the last update included a sophisticated interface to display the privacy report in a way Professional and easy.
How to run an app privacy report
The App Privacy Report can be enabled in Settings by following these instructions.
◉ Open Settings.
◉ Scroll down and tap Privacy.
◉ Then scroll down and tap on App Privacy Report.
◉ Tap Run App Privacy Report.
If you already have App Activity History enabled in iOS 15 and iOS 15.1 updates, the App Privacy Report will run automatically and will be populated with data. If you don't, you may need to use apps and websites for a few minutes before you start seeing the data.
Use the app privacy report
Apple shows data for the past seven days, and the app is divided into several sections to make it easier to access what you want to know.
Access to data and sensors
In this section, Apple provides a list of applications that have been able to access the devices and sensors on your iPhone and the data granted to them through privacy permissions, so knowing this data and information is very important and more sensitive to the user.
Accessing data and sensors when apps access will tell you:
◉ Contacts
◉ location
◉ photos
◉ camera
◉ microphone
◉ Media Library
If you tap on an individual app and then tap the permission you want to view more about, the app privacy report will give you a list each time the app accesses the relevant data.
Application network activity
With App Network Activity, you can view a list of all the different domains your apps have connected to over the past seven days.
This includes many of the internal "websites" used by apps, but also lets you see which third-party websites and services are being accessed, such as trackers or analytics.
You can click on any app in the list to see a list of all the connected domains. For example, if you install Instagram, you'll see URLs for things like DoubleClock, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and more, along with Instagram and Facebook internal URLs.
And at the bottom of each app's data, you can also get a list of the websites you've visited within the app.
Website network activity
A website's network activity is basically the same as an app's network activity, but it shows you all the domains that websites you've visited in Safari and other apps have connected to.
This will show you all the different tracking and analytics websites that websites are using.
Most Connected Domains
Most Called Domains is an aggregated list of sites or domains that apps contacted most often, usually populated by different trackers and analytics domains.
In this section, you can click on any of the domains in the list to see which apps or websites have used that particular domain.
How to turn off app privacy report
If you do not want to use the App Privacy Report, you can follow these steps:
◉ Open Settings.
◉ Scroll down and tap Privacy.
◉ Scroll down and tap on App Privacy Report.
◉ Tap Turn off App Privacy Report.
Note that turning off the app privacy report will delete all data collected. Once you turn it on again, Apple will start again collecting data from apps.

A colossal step from Apple, as it does not leave room for user data to be leaked to third parties, which are applications that help in reading the privacy file. But I, as a normal user, when I see this data, will not understand most of it, and I will not distinguish whether an application or a website is stealing or hacking my data, or everything I see is normal just to satisfy curiosity.
I hope to expand this article more and explain the ranges and reasonable access of applications to my data and how I know that an application has exceeded the allowed access.
Unfortunately it is useless
If you know, for example, that the Store app has reached contacts, how do I stop that access, or how do I prevent the app from accessing photos? There is no option to stop accessing contacts from the Appstore at all.
Really useless
All Apple apps have access to contacts even without my permission, really weird
It means, for example:
Store, Safari, Pages
Photos, calendar, health, fitness
I don't know what's the point of telling me that my contacts have been accessed from a certain app as long as I can't block it?!! I think Apple is just kidding!
Bless your efforts,,,, I hope to allocate a title in the application or highlight that includes only explanations and features of the ios15 system so that it will be a reference for every person who owns an iPhone or recently acquired an iPhone to learn about the features of his phone,, and every article you write about the ios15 system is added to it continuously,,, 🌹
I have the first von Islam 😂 Up up above sitting digging in my mobile about posting ads The vpn is activated that blocks all kinds of ads in an app and a comfortable safari 😅 You have the privacy of Windscribe
Not the app store alone, but several applications, including health
Thank you ..
out of the subject ..
Why did Apple not give us the option to update with cellular data regarding the iPhone update or the Apple Watch update..
Here I need an Android phone to put a sim card in it and launch the WiFi through it to update what a hurdles, Miss Apple..
You can if you have a device that supports 5G network
From cellular settings
Data mode Allow more data on 5G
I found the app store had reached the contacts, so I wondered what he wanted from them and what was their benefit to him!!
This is really weird
So if you send App Store credit as a gift
The only benefit is the information, but it does not give the ability to control and block access.
You can block access to any application by setting it
The least I can say is that this privacy update is awesome awesome awesome
