We are very happy when there is an Arab initiative to urge society to innovate, and this happiness increases when this initiative is in the field of the Qur’an and its sciences. Kuwait International Prize To memorize the Noble Qur’an and its readings and improve its recitation, and that it is possible to participate in the technical branch of the award, we took the initiative to participate immediately, although the purpose was not to win as much as it is the honor of being with the elite working in the service of the Qur’an and its sciences.

The Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Issa Al-Kandari of the State of Kuwait announced that the eleventh session of the Kuwait International Prize for Preserving the Noble Qur’an and its readings and reciting it will be held during the period from 2 to 9 February, under the patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad.
The objectives of this award are
- Introducing the Islamic and Arab nation to the Quranic readings and highlighting the role of the imams of readings and Quranic sciences who have investigated these arts.
- Encouraging the memorizers of the Book of God to study the science of readings and to highlight the readers who are good at readings at the level of the countries of the world.
- Spreading the spirit of positive competition in memorizing the Noble Qur’an and encouraging more effort and time in memorizing and reciting.
- Taking care of the memorizers of the Noble Qur’an from the rising generation and motivating them to increase their number, honoring them and taking care of them.
- To highlight the civilized face of the State of Kuwait as a sponsor of the Holy Qur'an on the world level.
Honoring eminent moral and legal personalities who are based on serving the Noble Qur’an at the world level. - Consolidating Islamic values from the Qur’anic perspective through the award’s activities and striving to attract and attract the nation’s youth towards the Book of God and sensing the highness of its values, the transcendence of its meanings, and the honor of its position.
