If you want to take a screenshot, it is not limited to using the iPhone buttons. And if you are new to using the iPhone, you can learn all the ways related to that feature, to make the most of it. There are at least eight ways you can take screenshots on the iPhone.

using the buttons
On all iPhone models with a faceprint, the default way to take a screenshot is by pressing the side button and the volume button simultaneously and quickly. This is a method known to all.
Via Siri
If your hands are busy and you can't take a screenshot, you can use Siri to do so. All you have to do is say “Hey Siri, take a screenshot,” or by summoning Siri by long-pressing the Side button, then say “Take a screenshot.” Or by writing to Siri “Take a screenshot”
Back Tap

You can click on the back of the iPhone two or three clicks to take a screenshot, and to activate it:
◉ Go to Settings - Accessibility - then activate the Back Tap feature.
◉ Choose either “Double-click” or triple-click, then choose “Screenshot” from the system functions menu.
And when you need to take a screenshot, just tap your finger two or three times depending on your customization in the settings.
by shortcuts

There is already a shortcut ready to take a screenshot on the iOS 14 and iOS 15 update and to create the shortcut.
◉ Go to My Shortcuts in the Shortcuts app.
◉ Click the (+) sign to create a new shortcut.
◉ Click on “Add Action” or search for “Take Screenshot” or “Screenshot”.
◉ Then choose where to save the screenshot, in the photo album, which is necessary, otherwise the shortcut will not work.
◉ You can also choose a different action besides Save to Photo Album, such as Save File, which lets you put the screenshot in the Files app.

◉ After that, change its name according to what you want, which is the keyword or phrase that you will use with Siri to activate the shortcut, for example, “Take a screenshot” “Screenshots” and so on.
◉ After that you can say “Hey Siri, take a screenshot” and a screenshot will be taken immediately.
As you edit the shortcut, click on the settings icon at the top, you will find that you have other options to activate the shortcut like “Add to Home Screen” and “Show in Share Sheet”, but it will be a bit slow.

By voice control

To enable this:
◉ Go to Settings - Accessibility - then activate Voice Control.
◉ Once activated, you will see a microphone icon in the status bar at the top, all you have to do is say “Take a screenshot”, and the iPhone will take a screenshot immediately.
Using AssistiveTouch

To enable this:
◉ Go to Settings - Accessibility Shortcut - Accessibility, then activate "AssistiveTouch".
◉ Click AssistiveTouch and then choose Screenshot.

◉ You can further customize AssistiveTouch, such as long-press to take a screenshot. Or double-clicking on it does that as well.
◉ If you do not want AssistiveTouch to always appear on your phone screen, you can add it to the Control Center, then enable or disable it as you wish.

Through the Screen Mirroring feature

Another way you can take a screenshot is with your Mac, which allows you to display the iPhone screen on it. To set this up:
◉ Open the Control Center shortcut panel on the iPhone.
◉ Click the Screen Mirroring or Screen Mirroring button.
◉ You will be prompted to contact the Mac.
◉ The iPhone screen will be displayed on your Mac. And now you can take a screenshot using macOS. To do so, press Command-Shift-3 or take a screenshot on your Mac as you normally would. You will hear the sound of the shot being taken. After that edit the image to remove the black edges by using SHIFT-4 to use the selection tool.
◉ To exit the feature, turn it off through the Control Center.
Via QuickTime Player

If you want to record the iPhone screen without seeing the annoying red circle, it can be done through the QuickTime player on your Mac, as well as to take a screenshot, and you can take it without the appearance of huge black bars on the edges of the image.
However, this feature will show all screen elements, such as AssistiveTouch and thumbnail, as well as the previous feature Screen Mirroring.
