Summary of the Apple conference in March 2022

The Apple conference for the month of March 2022 ended, in which Apple revealed the new generation of the iPhone SE, the fifth version of the iPad Air, the M1 Ultra processor, the Mac Studio computer, and other new products.

Conference started Tim Cook As usual, he started by talking about Apple's service for movies, film production, and broadcasting, Apple TV +, and reviewed some of the films, series, and exclusive programs that Apple produced. And Apple revealed the addition of the baseball broadcast service, which is preferred by the American citizen.

Tim Cook also revealed a new color for the iPhone 13 in green, which will be available from March 18.

The new iPhone SE

Apple revealed the new generation of the iPhone SE, which comes with the most powerful phone processor in the world, the Apple A15 processor that comes in the iPhone 13, and of course Apple boasted about the performance numbers of the A15 that we all know since the launch of the iPhone 13.

The new iPhone comes in three colors, red, white and black (with different names for Apple)

The iPhone comes with a background layer of glass that is the same as in the iPhone 13 and comes with a protection factor of IP67 against water, and of course the iPhone SE now supports 5G.

The iPhone still comes with a single camera, but Apple has made it clear that the A15 processor can greatly improve the image and is unprecedented.

And don't forget Apple cares about the environment.

It starts at $429 and is available from March 18th

iPad Air new generation

The all-new generation of iPad Air, which came with the M1 super processor for the iPad Pro.

Of course, Apple boasted of the performance of the M1 processor that outperforms any other device in the world of tablets and even laptops in the same price category.

The Center Stage camera feature for the iPad Pro is now available on the iPad Air.

The fifth generation networks were supported in the iPad Air like the rest of the Apple family, and the iPad supports Apple accessories such as the second generation of the pen and the new keyboard and others.

It starts at $ 599 and is available from March 18 in two capacities 64 GB and 256 GB.

Apple Silicon Processor

Apple started talking about the generations of the Apple Silicon M1 processor with its Pro and Max versions, and Apple said it was time to unveil the giant version of it, the M1 Ultra processor.

Apple said they had trouble scaling up the processor and considered using two processors, but they found that this would lead to increased power consumption and performance loss.

Apple said that the M1 Max processor had a piece on the bottom that Apple designed to dock with another processor; That is, 2 M1 Max processors can be connected together to get the M1 Ultra.

The processor has 114 billion transistors, which is 7 times as many as the M1.

The processor supports a memory data transfer speed of up to 800GB/s, which is 10 times the number of the latest computers in the market, and it comes with 128GB memory and a 20-core processor, including 16 for performance, and Apple said that it is 65% less in power consumption compared to traditional computers with a 10-core processor.

When comparing the performance of the M1 Ultra processor with the latest 16-core processors, we find that it provides 90% better performance at the same power consumption level.

The processor can also reach maximum performance with less energy consumption of 100 watts than 16-core processors at the same performance, and Apple has reviewed many numbers that show that the processor provides exceptional performance with Apple’s energy consumption much more than what happens in traditional Windows computers.

And Apple reviewed a video of women leaders from technology companies talking about the performance of the processor. Do you think Apple celebrates International Women's Day today that all the speakers are women in the video, or is it a coincidence?

Mac Studio

Apple has unveiled a new device in the Mac family called the Mac Studio, which is the older brother of the Mac mini, which can be considered the Mac Super Mini.

The device comes with a unique internal design, starting with the fans that pull and cool the device in a wonderful way.

In the back are 4 Thunderbolt 4 ports, 2 USB ports, an HDMI port, an Internet port and a traditional headphone port.

On the front are two USB C ports and a card reader port, and the Mac Studio can connect to 4 Apple XDR displays.

Mac Studio with M1 Max processor is 2.5 times faster than iMac with 9-core i10 processor and 50% faster than giant Mac Pro with 16-core Xeon processor, and for graphics, it is 3.4 times faster than iMac with 5700XT display card, and also 3.4 times faster than Mac Pro The graphics card is W5700x.

And Apple reviewed many numbers that show the superiority of the Mac Studio with the M1 Max processor over the famous Apple devices… Yes, all of the above and we are talking about the studio version with the M1 Max processor, not the M1 Ultra. Compared to the M1 Ultra, it is enough to know that it is 90% faster than the Mac Pro with a 16-core Xeon processor, which costs 8000 dollars.

By comparing the M1 Ultra with the Mac Pro, which has a 28-core processor, you will find it outperforms it by 60%... To remind, the 28-core Mac Pro is priced at $13000. As for the graphics, the difference is huge, as it is 80% superior to the Mac Pro with a W6900x display card, which costs you $ 9400 to add.

The new Mac supports 64 GB of memory for graphics cards in the M1 Max, while in the Ultra it is 128 GB, a capacity in which Apple outperforms other screen cards. Apple supports SSD storage with speeds of up to 7.4GB/s and up to 8TB of storage.

Apple said that Mac Studio can support up to 18 video streams in 8K ProRes 422 resolution and that only a Mac Studio can do this.

Apple said that the Mac Studio is environmentally friendly as it consumes 1000 kilowatt-hours of Apple power than competing high-end devices. A compilation of Mac Studio's conservation of the environment.

A compilation of the features of Mac Studio

Mac Studio is now available for reservation at a price starting from $ 1999 for the version with the M1 Max processor.

Priced at $3999 for the M1 Ultra, it starts at $3999 and goes up to $7999, available for reservations from now and available for sale directly on March 18.

studio screen

Apple didn't miss the opportunity and launched a studio monitor, which is a sister version of the XDR monitors that you can mount in a variety of ways or mount directly to the wall with Vesa.

The screen comes with a size of 27 inches and a number of 14.7 million pixels, which means that it is a 5K screen, and the screen comes with a nano-layer for XDR screens as well.

The surprise is that the screen includes the A13 processor for the iPhone 11.

The screen also includes a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera with a Center Stage feature.

The screen includes 3 microphones with distinctive sound insulation, and the screen also comes with 6 speakers to provide distinctive sound and also supports the surround sound feature as well. The screen comes with 3 USB C ports and a fourth Thunderbolt port that supports connecting the screen to any device while providing power transmission up to 96 watts.

Apple unveiled a black version of the keyboard, trackpad and Apple mouse.

A compilation of the new screen features.

The price of the screen is 1599 dollars.

In the end, Apple hinted that there is another device that still has not reached the M1 family, which is the Mac Pro, but it will be later.

Why are some people complaining and upset about the lack of revolutionary products?! What is the problem?

I strongly agree with you, but Apple deliberately differs from you in this regard in terms of their claim when they present any new product that it comes (in short):
At the very least, a processor is 80% more performing, and the speed of data transfer is 10 times that of the previous version, which was released just less than a year ago and claims to reduce power consumption by approximately 65%!! So imagine, my brother, the look and performance of your device if it is at least two or three years old?

Apple has a hidden advantage that no one can take for granted that it is still selling the iPhone XNUMX, the XNUMXth version, for XNUMX dirhams for a woman, and this is considered a dangerous price for a phone that carries all the capabilities that you are looking for in a phone less than the Pro Max

iPhone SEXNUMX is disappointing in terms of price

They laugh at us. There is nothing new, only in the processor. Your day will come, no matter how long it takes, oh apple, and your fate will be in the dustbin of history, even though I have only been using the iPhone since 2009.

Nice summary from Yvonne Islam, but you forgot to mention the point that the m1 ultra is the latest version of the processors that are based on the m1 family. And a strange conference, so I know why they didn't mention these points in the next conference

I don't know why the pre-charges dominate the vast majority of the comments
The real competition is in the content and not in the outward form, which is that the form of the devices has reached the stage of maturity at the present time, but the processors still bear development, and the cars and their engines are the best example to clarify the issue,
I ask the editors of the Von Islam website to publish an article on this problem
The only thing that the company should give priority more than others is the low economic categories, otherwise China will swallow them up.
In any case, we hope to God that the companies' competition will benefit the low-income user.

We thank you for the summary, which was the talk about what happened in the conversation of Apple products with the completely new and powerful Mac Studio

The design of the iPhone SE is very backward and outdated. It should be a full screen, and if it is for the fingerprint, it can be placed on the side.
There are phones with the lowest specifications, but they have a full screen without edges, and there are five G phones with a modern design and at a much lower price
You can buy a regular used iPhone 12 for the same price as the SE and much better.

I think, more accurately, if we look at the hardware. It is an iPhone 13 mini in the shape of an iPhone 8

Mac Studio is a super device in terms of specifications and it is directed to a specific category and not for everyone! Whoever uses this device with these specifications, the price will not be high for him.
The thing I liked the most about the conference was the studio owner. The rest of it didn't interest me.

I expected Mac Studio to be an alternative to Mac Pro, but what will Mac Pro offer in the future with everyone muscled in with Mac Studio 🤔

Mac Studio may be as eco-friendly as Apple claims, but it sure is a pocket friendly enemy 💵 😀

Oh iPhone Islam, would you like to write an article about Mac devices, their types, features and prices for each of them, and have an annual update, as well as iPads, because they are diverse, and thank you for what you offer

Nice, but the article has some grammatical errors Are you activating the autocorrect! 🤭 Can I work as a language corrector with you?

You can start by correcting your grammar mistakes first 😇:
The word (you) is accentuated by pieces, and the word (work) is also emphasized by pieces - noting the weak structure in this sentence 😅-, and the word (corrected) is an established condition, and the word (linguistically) is an adjective established.
May God bless you with all the best, and grant you a better job than you wish for 🤲🏻

Frankly, it is not worth it 😂 nothing comes out of them wow wow 😩 The time of creativity is over even though I'm an apple lover 😩😩😩 They destroyed us every bit. This is a processor that is stronger than the second and the second and stronger than the third 😳 The first time you open it, it falls from your hand, it breaks a screen 😂

They should be ashamed of themselves
Nothing new after iPhone7, everything is duplicated, with additional cameras, higher resolutions, and ideas stolen from here and there.
In short, the issue is that they escape a device that lives for 5 years and then dies or they kill it with the update
Competing companies provide a device with the same specifications that begins to die after a year at an appropriate price
