Some users returned Apple Vision Pro glasses After purchasing them for $3500, the number has increased in the past few days according to reports, under various pretexts. Why did they return the glasses and what problems did they encounter? In this article, we uncover these problems.
Many users are returning Apple Glass
Based on several reports from various platforms and social media, there are many users who have returned the $3500 Apple Glasses in the past few days. Perhaps this return process is primarily due to Apple's return policy. When you purchase a new Apple product from one of its stores, you have only 14 days to return it for a full refund.
The Apple Vision Pro glasses were launched on February 2, so the grace period for returning the glasses has expired and has exceeded two weeks, if they were actually purchased on this date.
If someone decides the experience isn't perfect enough, they've reached a point where they either have to live with the annoying things they found in the glasses, give up the $3500, or give it back.
Reasons to return Apple Glass again
One of the most important reasons for returns for most users is the lack of comfort during use, while some users said that Vision Pro glasses cause them a headache, and others were upset by their heavy weight that is concentrated in the front of the head. Which makes using it for a long time a source of great inconvenience.
When you spend the same amount of money as you would on Vision Pro, you will likely feel the need to use the glasses more often, to feel like your purchase is justified.
On top of complaints that it's too heavy, some users said it can cause dizziness and eye strain.
To be fair, these problems also exist in other virtual reality glasses of various types, especially among people who are new to this virtual world, as most of them complained of various problems, including dry eyes and redness.
But Vision Pro may exacerbate these problems, as people are likely to spend too long using it to get the most out of it, and this can result in many problems.
Parker Ortolani, director of product evaluation at The Verge technical website, said that wearing Apple Glass led to redness in his eyes, and he mentioned that other users complained of the same symptoms.
“Although they were as great to use as I had hoped, they were not comfortable to wear even for short periods of time,” says Ortolani, who returned the Apple Glass. Because of the weight and design of the belt.”
Other problems with Vision Pro glasses
The problems with Apple Glass are not limited to what we mentioned, as there is another common complaint, which is that it does not provide sufficient features when compared to the price.
One of the developers wrote on the social media platform Especially since developers spend an incredibly long time in front of devices.
Another problem that has been widely reported is the lack of targeted applications. Vision Pro has over 1000 apps so far, and there's no doubt it has some great features, but as many reviewers have pointed out, the majority of these programs are ported from the iPad's iPadOS system.
There are certainly some custom spatial apps and improvements made to make iPad software feel more interactive in mixed reality, but when people think of VR software, they imagine immersive epic games like Asgard's Wrath 2, fitness apps like Supernatural, or educational adventures. Like Out, but unfortunately, you won't find this on Apple Glass yet.
Apple has no answer at all. You can find these apps on competing platforms, but for Apple, real competition takes time.
Therefore, all you get are iPad applications, and a question may come to mind, why not save this big price and just buy an iPad, or even an iPad Pro?
Since people have to make the decision to either keep the glasses or send them back for a refund, it's safest to assume that their issues will continue until the next Apple Glass launches or at least two generations after that until the product stabilizes and is perfect in every way.
It's difficult to say how the opinions of this group of early adopters will affect the future of Vision Pro as a technology product. But the report says that many people indicated that they might return to the device again when these issues are addressed and an improved version is released.

Most or all of the responses are for those who have not tried the glasses at all. I will talk about my experience with the glasses, as I tried them on in the Apple Store and there was an employee with me who directed me how to use them. The product is amazingly something indescribable in terms of technology, response, image quality, and, and,. Simply placing it on the head transports you to another world, literally. The amount of creativity and mastery can be described as if you are living in a dream. The capabilities it provides are not for the average user who browses YouTube or games, even though he has the choice. The price is something very expected from Apple and it is agreed that it is high, but in fairness after the experience you do not care about the price if you know how to use it and what its purpose is. After the experience, I felt a swelling at the top of the nose and I asked the employee about it. He said that perhaps the frame needs to be made according to the head. My experience lasted approximately 20-30 minutes. I did not feel pain in the head or eyes, perhaps due to the short time. It wasn't too heavy for me either.
Sorry for the long comment (:
Hello Abdullah 🙋♂️, Thank you for sharing your personal experience with Apple Vision Pro glasses. It sounds like you had an amazing experience, which is what we always expect from Apple products! 👏🍏 Of course, the price may be high for some, but as you said, if the user knows how to exploit the possibilities offered then the value justifies the price. For pain at the top of the nose, this is an important note and users may need to adjust the frame according to their head. Thanks for these valuable comments! 😊👍
Thanks for the great article 🌹
It still needs development... and I have many concerns about the idea that it transmits reality through cameras, which are not natural transmission, I mean.
I will put my boot on my face and sit like an idiot, astonished
Frankly, Apple's growth has ended. It has reached its highest point, and things will naturally happen to it, just as it rose a little bit and will come and sit with us, God willing.
Hi Mohamed Fawzi 🙋♂️, I understand your reservation, but let's remember that every new product may face some challenges in the beginning. Apple always strives for innovation and continuous improvement, and I am sure that it will continue to innovate and rise to the top as it has always done. 😊🍏💪
We told you from the beginning, it is a failed product ☺️ You did not believe us. It is a failure in every sense of the word, in price, design, shape, and size. And weight
Failed product. Very expensive price. If Apple wants to compete. The price must be reasonable and worthy of the services provided by the product and developed further
May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. I myself did not and will not buy the glasses, but in my opinion, the users who returned the glasses to Apple were not accepted to use them, even if they wanted to try the four 10-day period in which they can return the product. I mean, if they liked the glasses, they would not have returned them.
Hello Sultan Muhammad 🙋♂️, I think you have hit the mark with your observation. Many users cannot accept things that do not meet their expectations, especially when it comes to a company like Apple, from which we always expect innovation and excellence. In the case of Apple Vision Pro glasses, it seems that some users did not find what they were looking for. 😅👓💔
Also, Apple's method of focused, convincing advertising to the point of convincing the user that the product is indispensable, and after using it, most users discover that the advertising is a mirage.
Use the glasses moderately. This is what Apple indicated about the two-hour battery life, because it is more than enough! As for the weight of the glasses, it is strange that the frames of the glasses are made of a heavy material instead of plastic! This means that the product does not appear luxurious except with metal, Apple!
Hi MuhammadJassem 🙋♂️, I completely agree with you! 😅 Apple seems to put elegance and luxury at the forefront even if the price is comfort. But we won't be able to confirm until we try the glasses ourselves. But apart from that, we must not overlook Apple's continuous efforts in developing its products. The path to innovation is always fraught with challenges, and I believe that Apple will continue to improve until it reaches perfection. 🍎👓🚀
In my opinion, most people who return glasses do not originally want or cannot buy them, but decided to try them on, taking advantage of the 14-day period to return the product.
I really expected that it was a prank and not worth its price, and not everything Apple produces is usable. Many of its products have failed, and whoever praises the glasses is someone who has not used them much, especially their outrageous weight. Other companies preceded them and they did not find widespread use.
Hello Salman 🙋♂️, Of course there are products from Apple that may not have achieved the expected success, and this is normal in the world of technology where experimentation and innovation are constantly taking place. Regarding Apple Vision Pro glasses, they are a new product and may have some disadvantages in the first versions, such as weight, as I mentioned. But we always see Apple improving its products with every new release. Thanks for your interesting comment! 😊👍
Hi
🟠Any product that is new or provides new services, it is not surprising that there are comments on it, whether large or small
🔵 Therefore, he should not rush into something new until he sees the results of the experiments, otherwise he must bear his haste
And the happy one is the one who sticks to others
🟢 Producing companies should download their new devices or programs for testing for free, at an acceptable price, or for an extended return period, and the return is conditional on acceptable reasons, not just for taste.
Welcome, Qasim Al Qasim 🙋♂️
Your comment really holds a lot of wisdom! I completely agree with you, experience is the true criterion for any new product. For technology companies, offering products to try for free, at an acceptable price, or with an extended return period is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction. 😊👍🏼
Thank you for your valuable participation! 🌟
I have a problem with the Apple Watch Ultra that did not appear until after 6 months of use
The problem is severe redness, reaching the point of burns (very small water bubbles) and itching in the shape of a circle ⭕️ only directly under the watch, not under the watch strap.
It disappears gradually if I do not use the watch for 4 days
Hello Amjad! 🙋♂️ Unfortunately, it appears that your skin may be sensitive to the metals used in the watch. 🙁 It may be best to stop wearing the watch temporarily and talk to your doctor. Don't worry, you are definitely not the only one who has faced this problem. We hope you will be well soon! 🍏🌟
Try putting a transparent adhesive similar to bookbinding on the watch from the metal side that connects to the body
To isolate the skin from metals
I expected this weeks before the glasses were released.
Dead on arrival
The problem of headache and eye pain has no solution yet, as I understand it.
Hi Aleixius 🙋♂️, You are right, headaches and eye pain are among the problems reported by users. But let's remember that these problems are not exclusive to the Apple Vision Pro, they are shared with many virtual reality glasses. We hope to resolve these issues in future versions! 🤓🍎
