RCS messaging support

From iPhoneIslam.com, the smartphone screen shows a conversation with the exchange of “Hi” and “Wait, what’s going on?” messages in blue. The phrase “RCS Messaging” is prominently displayed in the image, hinting at exciting new features coming soon to the Messages app.

When communicating with non-iPhone contacts via the Messages app, you will find that things are different than before thanks to RCS support, so you can send higher quality photos and videos to your Android friend, you will also be able to send any type of files and voice messages without any problem, and most importantly, read receipts and typing indicators will work as if you were talking to another iPhone user.

NBOf course, Apple will not allow Android users to have all the privileges of its users via iMessage. So, Android users will still see their messages as a green bubble. Also, iPhone users’ messages will remain encrypted and protected from start to finish. Also, among the exclusive features for iPhone users are inline replies, group chats, and iMessage applications.

Your country's telecom operators must support RCS messaging protocol for this feature to work.

Sending messages via satellite

From iPhoneIslam.com, two smartphones display two different screens: one shows “Satellite Messages” and the other shows “Satellite Connection View.” With the new features in iOS 18, users receive step-by-step instructions to turn right to find a satellite to connect to through the Messages app.

If you are in a place where there is no cellular signal or Wi-Fi. You can use the Messages app on your iPhone without any problem. Thanks to iOS 18, which allows your device to automatically connect to the nearest satellite to send and receive messages, which are also fully encrypted. It is worth noting that this feature is only available for the iPhone 14 series and later models. Also, you will not be able to send photos or videos via the Messages app due to the limited bandwidth of satellite connections.

This feature only works in the US and Canada at the moment.

May the peace, blessings, and mercy of God be upon you
I took an iPad 13 Pro M4 and updated it to 17.7. Is there an OS18 update for the iPad? Because until now it does not show that there is any update. Thank you.

    Welcome Mohammed! 😃

It seems you're a little ahead of time, iOS 18 isn't out yet! The current version is iOS 17.7 that you have on your device. Don't worry, updates will automatically appear in Settings when iOS 18 is available. 🚀

Thank you for your inquiry and feel free to ask any other questions you may have about Apple products. 🍎

My device is updated to iOS 18.1 beta 5 and I am not that stupid, but your explanations are perhaps for future generations of the iPhone, such as your explanation about the magic erasers that can clean an image of some additions, which is just a fantasy with no basis. I tried in various ways on how to show it, but I could not, and I went to iPhone maintenance, but they could not, and they said we are hardware, not software.

Hi Fares Al-Janabi 🙋‍♂️, It seems that you are facing some difficulties with the magic erasers. Unfortunately, this feature is not part of iOS 18.1 beta 5. There may be some confusion in the information, but don't worry, we are always here to provide correct and accurate information! 😄📱💻

There is nothing like what you are explaining. We press the keyboard and nothing appears. I did not know if you are explaining the iPhone 17 coming in the new year or what.

Hi Fares Al-Janabi 🙋‍♂️, It seems that there is some confusion here. The explanation I provided in the article is for the iOS 18 update and not for the iPhone 17. Make sure your device is running iOS 18 to be able to use these features. If you have the required operating system and are still experiencing an issue, you may need to restart your device or check the app settings. Hope this helps! 📱😊
