196 Saudi female developers are changing the tech landscape! Are you ready to see their innovations?

The graduation ceremony of the fourth batch concluded yesterday in Riyadh.196 developersFrom Tuwaiq Academy, in partnership with the Apple Developer Academy.

The graduates completed a nine-month educational journey, focusing on specialized training in application development, design, and entrepreneurship, through diverse tracks designed to build leadership capabilities, enhance creativity, and foster innovation. This learning environment enabled the graduates to develop innovative solutions across multiple sectors, serving diverse segments of society through the Challenge-Based Learning (SBL) methodology.

During the ceremony, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Hammadi, Executive Vice President for Operations at the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones, congratulated the graduates and emphasized the importance of the partnership between Tuwaiq Academy and Apple in building technical capabilities and empowering them to provide innovative solutions and transform ideas into promising applications across various fields. For her part, the Academy Director, Ms. Ahoud Al-Nayel, announced the launch of the Foundation Program in Artificial Intelligence for male and female students, as well as the launch of a partnership with “Al-Karaj” to accelerate the growth of the Academy’s students’ projects and applications after graduation.

It's worth noting that Tuwaiq Academy launched the Apple Developer Academy in 2021 in partnership with Apple and Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University. It's the first academy of its kind in the Middle East and North Africa to develop technical capabilities.
