Apple Support with a Touch of AI: Your Next Conversation Will Be with AI

Apple is known for its prowess in crafting user experiences that exceed expectations, but even tech giants face challenges in providing immediate and personalized support to their millions of customers. Recently, strong news emerged that the maker IPhone It is developing an artificial intelligence similar to the popular ChatGPT chatbot to integrate into its support app. If implemented, this development would represent a positive and pivotal step that could change the game in customer service.

Apple Support app

When you need help, the first thing you do is use the Apple Support app, which allows you to request assistance from technical support or a customer service representative. Support covers all Apple products and services. However, with a massive user base of millions of customers worldwide, assistance can be difficult and you may have to wait longer for your issue to be resolved. That's why Apple has decided to make it easier for its users by deploying an AI-powered chatbot that mimics ChatGPT.

Artificial intelligence similar to ChatGPT

Apple users will interact with AI-like ChatGPT Through conversations. The Apple Support app has a message-based chat feature, and while it's used to communicate with Apple's live support agents, the new AI will likely allow users to open the Apple Support app, type in their problem, and then receive intelligent solutions as a first step before connecting with a live person.

Apple's chatbot is expected to rely on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), a technology that improves the quality and accuracy of responses from large language models (LLMs) by feeding them up-to-date and reliable information from external sources alongside its own data.

Thus, the chatbot can use data trained by Apple, as well as other databases provided by companies such as IBM, NVIDIA, and Salesforce, ultimately providing well-formulated answers that provide users with precise, practical solutions.

Additionally, Apple will allow users to upload photos or documents so that AI can analyze the image or error message to find the appropriate solution.

Conclusion

Finally, the attempt to integrate generative AI into the Apple Support app is not just a technical update; it is a recognition of evolving customer expectations and the need for more flexible and effective solutions. If Apple pulls this off brilliantly, it will have taken a giant step toward providing an unparalleled customer support experience, setting a new standard for how users interact with technical support for their favorite devices. This development will make the customer journey with Apple products smoother and more efficient.

Can you direct me to a program or application through which I can generate long videos from texts, for example 10 minutes?

The apple and its intelligence dilemma again.
It's surprising the confusion that might be caused by the delay in the arrival of artificial intelligence features that hold a glimmer of hope for Apple fans.
First: Let Apple start adopting what is required and expected, such as Siri talking to you like ChatGPT, but this costs a lot.
Second: Partnering with the security-conscious GPT means Apple is compromising on privacy.
Third: Why doesn't Apple build a language model or accelerate its production? Is it because of the expected data pressure and the deviation from being just an iPhone or mobile phone maker?
Fourth: Between the fire of partnership with suspicious people and the fire of development, the cost factor remains the deciding factor.
Fifth: Perhaps a solution is to adopt an innovative infrastructure using highly efficient Apple-produced processors in data centers, which is the path to achieving the best solutions, just as it turned the tables on Intel and its semiconductors.
Sixth: This ambiguity in the scene is encouraged by Android's inept adoption of artificial intelligence and the user's lack of knowledge about what they want. So what's the rush?! But the Chinese giant is rubbing its hands in the corner of the room, meaning something will happen on the other side of the world that will turn the room upside down on Apple, not the table, this time, just as it did with Nvidia.

Personally, I find human support better and more reliable. I remember many times trying to find any bug or feature that doesn't exist, to chat with Apple support just to have fun or test how they solve the problem, even if sometimes the conversation is serious!
All this and I don't know English just translate copy and paste!
The use of so-called intelligence has an impact on humans in the short and long term, such as the use of social media, which has distanced people and made all communication virtual!

You were the first to use artificial intelligence to respond to reader comments, but you recently stopped. Was this because of a failed experiment and lack of interaction, or because of the high cost?

Best thing to do! Make the responses human and friendly!
It is not enough for us to use social destruction methods, and now comes the so-called intelligence!

Apple is declining and needs radical solutions. I believe that Apple is suffering from conflicts within the management and differences in ideas and strategic directions. The reason is due to the failure to adapt to the acceleration of technology. A change in the name of iOS25. Transparent software similar to Windows Vista. The deterioration of artificial intelligence. The trade war. Believe me, the time is approaching to change the name of the iPhone to a different name. The letter “i” will disappear from Apple devices. The behavior of the public has changed. It no longer understands whether the software is open or closed, an application or a website. Of course, Apple must be realistic. After using the Apple Island on the iPhone, I discovered that it could have been exploited. For example, a curved square that displays notifications in black is better than a rectangle under the island. I discovered that it is just a view, despite its beauty. I do not know. Apple needs a manager who has great courage to implement imaginative ideas. Let me imagine that Apple is waiting for the right time to make a breakthrough in artificial intelligence. This is what I hope for.

It is just talk and talk. Artificial intelligence. We did not notice anything from it, especially in the Arabic language. Therefore, we must put the region as the United States and the language as English, and convert Siri to the English language. In this way, we lose some of the benefits of Siri, which is only the secret to contacting so-and-so. This is the only benefit of Siri.
If Apple's artificial intelligence is non-existent in the Arab world
