The fight ended with her retrieving her devices, but at a painful price: the thief bit her hand hard, causing a bleeding wound.
According to the Merseyside Police in northwest England, the victim had to undergo a series of rigorous medical tests to ensure no infection was transmitted from this human bite. The police released a blurred image captured by surveillance cameras of the suspect, appealing to anyone who recognizes this face to contact the authorities to help apprehend him.

Educational institutions have not been spared from the greed of electronic device thieves. In Nassau County, Long Island, the staff at Chatterton Elementary School were surprised upon their arrival to find the school campus breached and 26 iPads intended for student education stolen.
Investigations revealed that the thief snuck in through an unlocked back window, causing material damage to the security screen before fleeing. We move to the American state of New Jersey to witness one of the stupidest scam attempts. Police pulled over a 23-year-old man named Xavier Brown for a minor traffic violation. While talking to him, officers noticed a large collection of carefully packaged Apple products in the back seat of his car.
Brown did not just claim that selling the devices was a “side hustle”; he had the audacity to offer the police officers a pair of AirPods for just $50! Of course, the officers quickly discovered that all the boxes literally carried the same serial number, along with glaring typos on the outer packaging, turning the quick deal into him being handcuffed on charges of peddling counterfeit goods.
iPhone kidnapping from inside the pharmacy
Citizen Peter Tsestinas paid extra fees to have his new iPhone shipped to a local CVS pharmacy, considering it a “secure pickup point” to avoid porch pirates who steal packages from in front of homes. But the surprise came when he received a message stating the phone had been picked up, even though he hadn’t set foot in the pharmacy yet!
Upon reviewing surveillance cameras, it turned out that an unidentified scammer entered the pharmacy, presented a fake ID, signed the documents, and simply left with the phone. After the victim initially faced indifference, he contacted a local news channel. Following that, T-Mobile and the pharmacy immediately moved to apologize and compensate him with a new phone, while launching an extensive police investigation to uncover this organized gang.
