Apple has filed a lawsuit accusing the Korean company Samsung of copying its innovations, for which Apple owns the intellectual property rights as patents that no one has the right to use except with the consent of Apple. In its lawsuit, Apple referred to specific devices, namely the Nexus S, Epic 4G, Galaxy S 4G, in addition to the Galaxy Tab, which is proof of Samsung's clear tradition of Apple technologies and innovations.
It was stated in the lawsuit:
“Instead of Samsung creating its own technology in which it will reflect its own style in producing smart phones or tablet computers, Samsung has chosen to copy and imitate Apple's technologies and innovations, in addition to the user interface and innovative style of Apple devices, to put them in its devices that bear the mark Samsung ”
From here, we find that Samsung has joined the group of companies that Apple has filed lawsuits against, such as HTC, Nokia, and Motorola, due to its infringement of patents and intellectual property rights owned by Apple. But the different thing here is that there is a relationship between Apple and Samsung, as Samsung is one of the most important companies that manufacture some components of Apple devices in its factories, for example, A4 and A5 processors in iOS devices, LCD screens and memory chips are all manufactured in Samsung factories With inter-company agreements between the two companies, and as we know that Samsung is one of the companies that pushed the Galaxy Tab with the seven-inch screen, and then recently decided to launch two other versions of it with a size of 8 ”, 9” Inches, with the aim of competing with the revolutionary Apple iPad. As we know that Samsung is the most prominent company in the world of Android, which is the true competitor of Apple's iOS system.
Now, we will only be left to wait to see what will happen to the two companies' relationship as a result of this lawsuit.
In the end, we just want to mention what Samsung devices were like before the iPhone
