The CEO of the company that developed games for mobile devices Handheld Games Corp indicated that the games produced by the company work better on the new version of the iPod Touch video player than is the case in the latest iPhone 3G.

He pointed out that TouchSports Tennis, which is sold on the App Store, was the most affected by the performance difference, because it contains XNUMXD graphics that require a good amount of processing.

Keen to run the game with the same quality in the two previous platforms, the company has made some adjustments to the version of the iPhone, by simplifying the graphics used in the game in a way that allows the game to run at the same speed as it works according to the iPod Touch platform.

The main difference in performance is due to the difference in the processor, as the new iPod Touch player relied on a 532 MHz processor, while the new iPhone still relies on the 412 MHz processor, however, Apple does not refer much to the technical specifications. For these devices.

The question that arises here is, will you seek a higher-performance iPod Touch player, or will the telephony capabilities of the iPhone be the decisive element in the selection process?
