Here we are talking about the Android phone and searching for it through the iPhone, and God willing, we will soon publish a detailed guide to searching for a lost iPhone.

If you want to track an Android phone, you might think that it is impossible through iPhone. This is because we know that Android and Apple are not friends and they are usually stubborn opponents. But the good news is that iPhone can be used to track an Android phone easily, and all without the need to install any third-party tracking apps.

Use Google Maps to Track Android Phone from iPhone

If you want to track an Android phone, you can do so by sharing your location with it. Google Maps makes it easy for Apple and Android devices to communicate with each other. With the ability to share location on Google Maps, you will be able to use your iPhone to track the exact location of your Android phone in real time.

All you need is a Google account and the Google Maps app on your iPhone to get started. Once you’ve done that, you’ll need to enable location sharing on the Android phone you want to track. Follow these steps to share your Android phone’s location on Google Maps:

◉ Open the Google Maps app on the Android device you want to track.

◉ Click on your profile picture in the top right or left corner of the app.

◉ Then select “Share Location”.

◉ Then click on the place you want to share on the map, the “Your Location” window will appear.

◉ Click Share “Location”, and the “Share your location in real time” window will appear.

◉ Select the duration for which you want to share your location, such as an hour, and you can increase it using the (+) button or decrease it using the (-) button.

◉ Then choose the contact, scroll to see more or search for it by name. Or any of the applications to share the location through, then click Share.

If you haven't done so already, before you can share your Android phone's real-time location with your iPhone, you'll need to select "Always allow" under the location permission in the Google Maps app.

Use Find My Device to Track Android Phone from iPhone

If you are not comfortable sharing your real-time location with others or need to track a lost or stolen Android phone, an alternative to Google Maps is to use Google's Find My Device feature to track an Android phone from an iPhone.

While you can’t install Find My Device on your iPhone, you can use the service from Safari or any other browser on your iPhone. Follow these steps to use Find My Device to track your Android phone:

◉ Open Safari or any other browser and go to Google “Find My Device” website.

◉ Click Sign in to sign in to your Google account.

◉ On the Find My Device page, you will see a list of your Android devices.

◉ Click on the device you want to locate.

Find My Device will call the Android phone you want to track and show its location on a map. From this screen, you can remotely lock your phone, secure it by signing out of all your Google accounts, perform a factory reset, or play a sound to locate it.

If you need more information about your phone's location, you can tap the phone icon on the map to open the Google Maps app and get its exact coordinates and directions to its location.

These different methods make it possible for iPhone users to track Android phones easily. Just make sure that permanent location permission is enabled in the Google Maps app on your Android phone, then follow the steps to share the location and use either Find My Device or Google Maps to track your phone’s location. Ultimately, this will help you track Android phone quickly.
