In the contemporary world of technology, there is a gap between hardware and software in favor of hardware, and this applies to most modern devices where you pay the most expensive prices to acquire the latest equipment, and then the systems that operate this hardware cannot benefit from it. Apple has invested in this gap, which is why Apple is uniquely distinguished in winning the minds of most users. What is meant is that we get the most out of technology, not only with acceleration, but with the operating system.
We are undoubtedly keen on what will benefit us, regardless of the color of the company, its religion, or its location ... and Apple has taught us that production should not be subject to the desire of consumers, but rather according to what the technology pioneers and future makers see. In this sense, we must not be dragged by the opinions of the general consumers, for example, many people prefer that the iPhone supports Bluetooth, but we realize that Bluetooth as a tool for transferring files is an old tool that consumes a lot of energy, is slow and insecure, as it is easy to penetrate apart from there are better alternatives to transfer and share files such as dropbox, facebook, icloud and many more.
Just as consumers wanted to support the flash, until its owners abandoned it and realized that it is not valid, knowing that if you consulted half of the Earth's population at the time Steve blocked the flash on the iPhone, they would gather on the most pious heart of one of them and said we want the flash !! But it was proven that Apple is right, and even Google remained supportive of Flash and then backed down and decided to stop supporting it, starting with the Jelly Bean version.

On the other hand, when we release a new product from Apple, we complain and say what is new? And why do we assume that the new is always in the equipment! It may be in the operating system, and it may be through the patterning of our use of modern technology and the activation and documentation of our association with it more. Apple taught us that the important thing is not to present a new one, but that people benefit from something new from the existing by reformulating it or linking it to the tools we have in hand. I always find a lot of followers of Arab websites such as iPhone Islam - and I make sure to read all the comments in every article - they complained and wished God the wishes when announcing the system 6 and said where is the new ?!
What is new, from their point of view, is to support bluetooth and flash, get rid of iTunes, and embrace Cydia, themes and other legacy of past decades, while Apple tweets out of the box and makes us fascinate with Passbook and reinvents the whole world of credit and many pioneering projects. I think we have to ask ourselves when every new product is announced; What do we need from it? And what is not new about its predecessor ?!

Apple and the leading companies leave behind rumors, comparisons and drop tests! And paint a new future for technology as it sees it and not as the consumer wants it, and then other companies follow suit. Do you not notice when Apple invented the iPad, the market was fed up with competing products, and when it announced Siri, Samsung and Google followed suit with a similar advertisement, and when it adopted XNUMXD maps, Google, Amazon and others followed suit ...

I remember in this part what Steve Jobs said in one of the interviews when he talked about product marketing, where he said that there are two schools, the first is studying the consumer and knowing what he wants and providing this for him and the other school is creating unprecedented products and then making the consumer see how much he needed such products, We cannot say that one school is better than the other, the second one requires you effort to think and innovate, but it makes the customer run after you and waits for more from you, and the first school also requires an effort to monitor the continuous changes in the customer’s mood and make the companies that run behind the customer, and Apple follows the second school, which is innovation.
Honestly and with all regret, I understand Apple that it does not pay attention to us because we swim against the current, because I love what Apple does a lot and I am grateful to it, and sometimes I do not understand some of its behavior!
