Health expert advice to get rid of endless browsing and accompanying depression

Your mental health is at risk

Health expert advice to get rid of endless browsing and accompanying depression

Constant and random browsing not only wastes time. It is a source of feelings of laziness or depression due to browsing for no reason. Especially in these times lies a bigger problem. You might wake up at nine in the morning. You grab your phone of course and open Facebook or your notifications to see the news. Of course most of it is bad news. Either deaths, numbers of sick people, wars, local problems. And many, many more of these news. Then she gets up from the bed to try to do something good. And take a break in the middle to watch your dose of bad news that is constantly renewed throughout the day. You can imagine what this news tap is doing to your mental health.

Create a time control plan

Humans are by nature a consumer of information, and that news on the Internet is like electronic desserts for the brain. Harmful, easy to eat, and always want more. To resist the temptation, we must create a plan to control how much we consume electronic information. Just as we make weight loss plans.

Adam Gazzaley, a specialist in neurology and medicine, says the first step is to know the dangers of these practices. Realize that you don't want to live your life in news consumption. After some point, too much news and consumption becomes useless.

The second step is to make a realistic plan that you can apply and work on continuously until it becomes a habit. And make sure of the things that affect you the most. For example, I found video consumption, whether YouTube or soap operas, and others. So I decided to stick to only consuming the video two days a week for an hour each of them. This was really my biggest waste of time as it made me depressed the news and lazy about work. It is proof that you can make even small, gradual changes in your life. Not necessarily a comprehensive plan to improve and change everything.

Relaxation is important and missing

There are many ways to relax. Unfortunately, we started to forget to relax. For example, imagine me writing this article for my work on iPhone Islam. A usual part of the day. I have to open the site and explore the comments on my articles on it. Then check out the draft ideas for articles and add new or modified articles to them. After that comes the search for sources and information, verification of them, and the work of a draft. Then comes writing and coordination. Much work I need to take a break in the middle of. As always, I go to YouTube to check out some fun videos. But the problem here is that I'm consuming these clips but not relaxing my nerves. Rather, it remains tight until I return to complete the work without getting the benefit of rest.

Of course, I will not tell you how to relax, as everyone knows what to relax. But try to allow plenty of breaks for activities that will completely relax your nerve. Whether sports, enjoyment sitting in the yard of the house, or listening to the Qur’an: “Those who believe and whose hearts are reassured by the remembrance of God.

Make sure that this activity relaxes you psychologically and does not require mental effort

Communicate with loved ones effectively

The more time you spend communicating with family and loved ones, the less time you spend on nerves getting tired of other things. We do not mean here just everyday talk as with family. You might even be able to open conversations with parents or a friend you feel most comfortable with. And start talking only. You might even be talking about how you feel and experience these days. And this friend may be far from you, of course, so it can be tempting to use programs like FaceTime and Zoom to talk. But using these programs for long periods and months may lead to physical fatigue, so you may want to diversify as well. One time you use FaceTime and another you talk on the phone while you take a brisk walk in the fresh air (keeping safe distances and wearing masks, of course). And maybe just in your yard. The effect of the breeze is unparalleled.

Don't forget iPhone Islam

Do not forget to put a part in the day to read all the articles on iPhone Islam since the start of the site until today, all of them are wonderful. Publish all of these articles everywhere.

I'm kidding with you of course You can take a few minutes to read today's articles. This is the beauty of iPhone Islam.

What do you think of these steps? Do you have other tips to benefit your brothers on iPhone Islam?

Bringt halt nicht viel, wnen man 8 Stunden of the Arbeit sitzen “muss”, that Arbeit hat and ben die einzige Moglichkeit on the Internet ist. Alternative wäre hoe rnur die Wand anzustarren, was meiner Meinung nach noch schlimmer ist

By God, my brother Karim, browsing the device has become an addiction and an endless act.
The topic has become a kind of mental stress and nervous tension, which may lead us to feeling depressed and losing nerves, which is an inevitable result of those who turn away from religion!
When you “alienate” and you are alone, you must sail into the virtual world to relax a little, and even if you want to talk with family and friends, there is no way but the screen of the deaf device, which is the tax that every expatriate pays from his life, health and psyche.
Thank you for the topic of the article, which touched some of the daily suffering of many of us, but there were no real and effective solutions to this problem, the problem of the times.
Good luck and forward ... 🌹

Establish daily activities that involve movement and you will break this habit to remain confined in a little time at night.

My brother Rami, how do you judge that I am not working when I tell you that I am an "expatriate"?
I work all day, and I am devoted at night to respond to family and friends, read news, and so on ..
The topic is not in motion, which is the subject of your distance from your land, your people, your homeland and your people. It is the only window for communication through this deaf screen.
I think you did not read my comment well, brother
    Good luck .. 🌹🌹❤️
